- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Cook the chicken: Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill or cook it in a skillet until fully cooked (about 7 minutes per side). Once done, slice it into bite-sized pieces.
Cook the bacon: Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
Prepare the vegetables: Slice the hard-boiled eggs, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the avocado, and thinly slice the red onion.

Assemble the salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and blue cheese. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
