Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas or use corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil for dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar or brown sugar for deeper flavor
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Stack tortillas and cut them into triangle-shaped wedges using a knife or pizza cutter.
  • In a bowl, mix granulated sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  • Melt butter in a microwave-safe dish.
  • Brush each tortilla wedge with butter on both sides.
  • Coat each wedge with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Lay coated wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
