Ingredients
  1. 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  2. 1 cup fresh morel mushrooms, sliced
  3. 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  4. 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  6. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  7. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. Fresh thyme (for garnish)
  10. Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)
  11. Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the morel mushrooms and asparagus to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Add the sautéed morel mushrooms and asparagus on top.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the entire pizza.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme and optional balsamic glaze.
  10. Slice and serve immediately.
