Ingredients:

  1. Tomatoes (Roma or any other variety) - 2 medium-sized, diced
  2. Red Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  3. Cilantro - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  4. Jalapeños - 2, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  5. Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon, freshly squeezed
  6. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Dice the tomatoes, chop the onion and cilantro, and finely mince the jalapeños. Remove the seeds from the jalapeños if you prefer a milder salsa.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine all the prepared ingredients – tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeños.
  3. Add Lime and Salt: Squeeze the fresh lime juice over the ingredients and sprinkle with salt. Mix well to combine.
  4. Let It Rest: Let the salsa sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately with chips, tacos, grilled meats, or any of your favorite dishes.
